Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Facilitate all phases of the employee life cycle
2. Assist with onboarding documentation and induction
3. Draft appointment letters, probation confirmation letters, and experience letters
4. Maintain complete employee files and data on the HRIS
5. Assist with insurance-related documentation and coordination
6. Maintain payroll reports and obtain invoices
7. Facilitate clearance forms and manage the entire exit process
